Degustationsnotiz
Mittleres bis dichtes Rubinrot. In der Nase ein fruchtiges Bouquet mit Noten von Johannisbeeren, Waldbeeren und Dörrfrüchten. Ein kräftiger Auftakt am Gaumen, mit einem vollmundigen, beerigen Mittelteil, guter Struktur und Fülle sowie einem anhaltenden Abgang.

Vinifikation
Die Trauben werden nach der Lese traditionell an der Maische vergoren und im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.
